Safety in Emergency Nursing: Important Issue that Should Not Be Forgotten

Abstract


Working in emergency nursing care means the working against the passing time. Rushing is necessary. Several risks exist during emergency nursing care practice. However, quality of the practice is still needed. In addition, emergency nurse should not forget the concept to self-protect. The concern on safety in emergency nursing should not be forgotten. While the emergency nurse has to give the care to the emergency patients, there must be a means to assure their safety. The safety in nursing practice in emergency nursing should be reminded.
