Busy Life Syndrome

Beutlin Robert

Abstract

We live in a fast-growing, technology-based money motivated world, leaving us no time to spare in for our work, family, friends, exercise and events. This syndrome was coined by Scottish researchers to describe type of memory loss. According to Glasgow Clinical Trials, the cause of busy life syndrome is hectic life and sleep deprivation which leads to memory loss and lack of concentration. Diagnosis is purely based on clinical history and treatment involves balance activity, adequate rest, healthy diet and recreational activity.
