Abstract


Obesity is a growing concern all over the world. India is facing a huge growth in childhood obesity numbers. Sedentary lifestyles, lack of outdoor games, eating junk foods, travelling by vehicles all contributing to this cause. Modifications has to be done in our life styles to come out of this problem as soon as possible. Collective effort is needed from parents, teachers and leaders of society to defeat this evil.
