Recruitment: An Innovative Approach for Selection and Placement of Employee in an Organization for Better Productivity

Human resource departments are always busy with searching and filling right person in a right place within an organization to bring out prosperity and productivity. This department uses a variety of ideas and methods to recruit an employee within the company. Managers and executives of organizations should be willing to try different ways of hiring employees and should work closely with the human resources department. Acquisition manager, director of personnel, or recruiting/sourcing/HR manager is usually responsible for inventing effective recruiting protocols and strategies. Most obviously, when recruiting new employees, one must aim to find those with particular skills and training. Determine how much education and experience you deem appropriate for the position before starting your search.
