Team Based Learning – A Teaching - Learning Strategy

Abstract


Every teaching – learning strategy aimed to achieve permanent learning among the students. These strategies are selected according to the learning outcomes to be fulfilled. Team based learning is a method emerged since 1970, and widely applied in health care education. This method merits overweigh others as it allows the students to make active learning both individually and with teams. This current paper discusses the concept of TBL in detailed manner
