Injuries of Ankles and Their Treatment

Abstract


Ankle injuries are frequently considered as games injuries. However, you do not need to be a competitor or even an “end of the week warrior” to turn your lower leg and hurt it. Something as basic as strolling on an uneven surface can bring about an agonizing, crippling sprain.
