Abstract

The occurrence of femoral neck fractures is one of the most mutual traumatic injuries in the ageing growths endlessly due to the getting old of population on the planet and expansion and even due to the road traffic accidents. In terms of global economic instability, increasingly more funds would have to be paid by the health systems for treatment of those fractures. Diagnoses are achieved by combination of X-ray and CT scan report. The main surgical procedures are ORIF/CRIF (open reduction and internal fixation and close reduction and internal fixation) probably it will be necessary to revise and optimize some current therapeutic standards.
