Application of Betty Neuman Systems Model on Empower U Programme on Health Behaviors Among Early Adolescents
Abstract
Empower U programme is an educational programme designed to modify health related behaviors such as dietary practice, physical activity, and self-esteem in two repeated sessions for 1 hour with a gap of 3 days using lecture cum discussion method with the help of power point. In the present article, researcher investigated and applied Betty Neuman Systems model in Empower U programme to determine the effect of Empower U programme on health behaviors among early adolescents in a selected school, Kottayam.
