Exostosis is a benign bone tumour consisting of a bony overgrowth that occurs commonly in the metaphysis of long bones and pelvic, although any bone can be affected. They are the most common of the benign bone tumours occurring in approximately 1% of the population. In this paper, a 22-year-old male is presented with the complaints of swelling around right knee which was insidious in onset, gradually progressive and not associated with pain, and swelling is localized around right knee. After the investigation, the patient diagnosed as benign multiple bony exostosis of distal femur. It was successfully treated by the excision of the tumour under spinal anaesthesia.
