Essential Guide to Vasculitis

Vasculitis presents several diagnostic challenges. It is characterized by immune-inflammatory injury to vessel wall leading to aneurysm, bleeding, stenosis, occlusion, thrombosis, embolism and ischemia. Clinical manifestations are protean depending upon size, site, and type of vessel involved in different organs and upon underlying diseases.
