Sports injuries are injuries happen when playing sports or exercising. The most common sports injuries are: sprains and strains, knee injuries, swollen muscles, achilles tendon injuries, pain along the shin bone, fractures, dislocations. Get adequate rest when playing a sport every day for long hours. Putting muscles and joints through constant pressure is not advisable. After every exercise, the muscles undergo wear and tear and need rest to repair them. A good balance between rest and play will keep injuries at bay.References
