Obesity a Silent Killer
Abstract
Children are inheritance from God. If their health is affected in childhood, they would not be healthy in future. School age children are more graceful than others. Both boys and girls begin to increase in their size in this age. India is fortunate to be among the youngest countries, today as over 20% of our population is between the ages 10 and 19. (Public health and preventive medicine) For today’s youngsters health is a low priority, a changing lifestyle has certainly taken a toll on their health (VHAI).
