Abstract
Decision making is a process of specifying the nature of particular problem and selecting from available alternatives, the most relevant one in order to solve it. Decision making is heart of all administrative and managerial functions within the authority vested in the organization to achieve its objectives. The strategic decisions are those made by top executives that commit valuable agency resources to achieve major long term goals
