Level of Job Satisfaction and General Well-Being of Nurses in Relation to Their Personality Characteristics

Abstract


The hospital environment is a never ending challenge for its medical staff. Nursing care involves number of activities. It requires a stable mind set for them in order to meet the challenges effectively and diligently. Personality characteristics had a significant impact on the level of job satisfaction and general well-being of nurses working in the hospitals.
