Review Knowledge of Adolescents for Obesity and Its Prevention

Abstract


Life is precious and it can be maintain by us if we have the knowledge about obesity and aware how can take steps for prevention of obesity and have such long term effect on psychologically and physical health as obesity. It is the most common nutritional disturbance of children and one of the most challenging contemporary health problems at all ages obesity has reached epidemic proportion globally with more than one billion adults being overweight and it is a major contributor to the global burden of chronic diseases and disability. Often coexisting in developing countries with under nutrition obesity is a complex condition, with serious social and psychological dimensions affecting virtually all ages and socioeconomic group.
