The adolescence is a time which shows great change and it starts at the age of 11–12 years and ends between 18 and 21, and shows individualities and think of future. The ego at this stage has the capacity to select and integrate talents, aptitude and skills. On the other hand, the adolescent during the stage of identity formation is to suffer more deeply than ever before or even again from a confusion of roles. This stage can cause one to feel isolated, empty, anxious and indecisive. Hence mental health of adolescence is considered to be of great importance.
