Abstract

Mrs. T. Saroja, 62 years who admitted in a private hospital with GI symptoms, facial puffiness, weight loss, pedal edema, renal problems. She is a known case of systemic hypertension, severe hyponatremia, chronic kidney disease, chronic small vessel disease in the brain and laryngeal edema.
