Abstract

Stress is an incredible part of human life which in turn produces anxiety. Stress is everywhere in our society. Most often it is associated with the negative situation as it may produce just as much as the negative stressor. Stress is a complex phenomenon with a very subjective experience. Stress and stressors are different for each person therefore it is important that the patient with the stress produces for that person. What is a challenge for one person will be a stressor for another. It depends largely on background experiences, temperament and environmental condition. The inability to cope efficiently with anxiety and negative emotions may lead to various physical and psychological problems.
