A Descriptive Study to Assess The Mobile Phone Dependence Level among B.Sc. Nursing Students

Abstract


In this study a quantitative research approach was used. Research design adopted for this study was
descriptive design. The target population for the study was B.Sc. (N) students. Number of sample was
100 nursing students. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. The data was collected by
using standardized questionnaire. The results showed that out of 100 samples, 6 (6%) had mild level of
mobile phone dependence, 55 (55%) had moderate level of mobile phone dependence, 39 (39%) had
severe level of mobile phone dependence.
