Bone Ill Health: Modalities to Keep Bones Healthy and Strong

Abstract


Bone is a hardest tissue in the body system which is made up of ions of calcium phosphate. The main function of musculoskeletal system is to give an infrastructure to the body, and it will protect the body organ likely brain, heart, lungs, pelvic organs, and thoracic organs. Sometime, the ill health may result because of many internal and external factors. It is very important to save our bone from such factor and keep bone healthy and strong.
