Eisenmenger Syndrome: A Critic Review

Abstract


Eisenmenger's syndrome is congenital heart defect, which is also called as, Eisenmenger's reaction, Eisenmenger physiology, and also tardive cyanosis. This condition abbreviated as ES. this condition characterized by long-standing left-to-right cardiac shunt caused by a congenital heart defect typically by a ventricular septal defect, atrial septal defect, and patent ductus arteriosus which result in pulmonary hypertension. This condition is more common among people getting marriage among their family members or family history with heart disease. Echocardiography is the main diagnostic evaluator and cardiac shunting is the procedure to relieve this problem.
