SHEEHAN’S SYNDROME

Abstract


Sheehan’s syndrome or simmond’s disease occurs at the severe haemorrhage usually postpartum. This damages the pituitary gland and destroy the hormone producing tissue so that gland cannot function. This results in amennorhea, agalactia ,hypothyroidism and hypoglycemia.
