Application of E-Nose in Multidisciplinary Approach

An electronic nose is a device intended to detect odors and flavors. It is the smell novel odorant with
technological advancement and commercial view also. Olfaction comprises of identification,
comparison, quantification of data storage which is related to human nose. It is amazingly versatile,
it’s much more sensitive. It has undergone important developments from a technical and commercial
point of view.
