Both boys and girls begin to increase in their size in this age. India is fortunate to be among the youngest countries, today as over 20% of our population is between the ages 10 and 19. (Public health and preventive medicine) For today’s youngsters health is a low priority, a changing lifestyle has certainly taken a toll on their health (VHAI).
