The aim of the present study was to assess the knowledge regarding lifestyle modifications among 30 drivers to prevent cardiovascular diseases. The comparison of pre- and posttest parameters showed significant improvement after administering Planned Teaching Programme. Thus it can be concluded that Planned Teaching is effective in increasing lifestyle modifications knowledge of drivers.References
